King of the Grill!
There is honestly one word to describe our meal at Papa’s BBQ and that is WOW! They provided great portion sizes, the meat was tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. The friendly, welcoming manager recommended the local red wine and it complimented our main course to a tee. The food was topnotch and the service was above and beyond. You can really tell that they are passionate about their business and thrive to serve decent grub. My roast veg and garlic potatoes reminded me of a Sunday roast. The potatoes, crispy on the outside and fluffy within, how they should be! The balsamic glaze was a bonus for me and I even ordered more. The ribs fell off the bone and were coated in a rich BBQ sauce. Every piece of meat was succulent and as far from dry as you can get, so we will have to give top marks to these guys. It was nice to have the taste of home after overindulging on rice and noodles for the previous few weeks. Everyone is the same at the start of their travels, buzzing to get down with the local cuisine but it just gets to a point where you want to tuck into a hearty Western meal and Papa's BBQ can definitely.

Exceptional Service
We came here as a family right after an exhausting day out. When we arrived, we instantly felt refreshed and was welcomed by the friendly staff. The food that we received was to an exceptional standard the service was almost instant and it was all relatively cheap. The restaurant served traditional German food, and the owner was willing to talk to us through the different types of food and recommend what he though was best. Overall, it was a great dining experience and we recommend it for anyone in Ha Long.

Delicious!!! Good quality
Delicious!!! Good quality food and amazing taste! The price is totally ok for that what you get. Big recommendation from me!

Best Steak and Lamb Chops in Vietnam
Incredible value. The most delicious and tender steak I have ever had in Vietnam. Cannot recommend it enough. We ate dinner here twice on our trip because it was that good. A must try if you are in the Ha Long area.
